Client Testimonial

I was driving around Wake Forest looking for new homes and resale homes. When I drove along Main Divide Drive into Charleston Traditions at Bowling Green, I was immediately interested. I thought the Charleston-style homes were pretty and unique. Afterward, I did some online research and viewed the community’s plans and virtual tours. I was looking for a high end, high style home that was not too big and didn’t have a large yard to take care of, and this community offered both. In comparing the homes to others I explored, I found that the attention to detail was noticeably superior, and that the privacy, both indoors as well as within the outdoor spaces, was much better. I am very happy with the Walker DesignBuild home I purchased! I love how beautiful and different the exterior is. And I love my 1st floor owner suite retreat — the shower and closet are awesome. My home’s fixtures, hardware, doors (especially the barn door), custom shelving in closets, and upgraded appliances are details typically found in very expensive homes. My home is modern and stylish with an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. Having a completely private outdoor patio is terrific for my little dog, enjoying a flower garden, and hosting guests, plus, I love having a covered breezeway to the detached garage. My teenagers and I are thrilled with the large bedrooms upstairs and the loft in between, which can have many uses. I’m excited that the third floor is spacious and unfinished, giving me storage as well as room to dream and make something out of it as my life changes in the future. The community’s location is attractive because it’s not near a main highway with heavy traffic, however it is close to Hwy 98. Nearby downtown Wake Forest is interesting with its businesses and restaurants, and I look forward to new things coming to the area, including Wegmans. The community is quiet, great for walking, and it’s nice to have a neighborhood pool. Plus, I appreciate that the homes here have distinctive style. I definitely recommend Charleston Traditions at Bowling Green to home buyers!
